In this episode, I share my personal journey with the Big 5 Personality Tests, focusing on the profound changes between the test I took in 2018 and the recent one. Diagnosed with ADHD and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), these conditions greatly influenced my personality traits over the years. We’ll dive deep into openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism, exploring how these shifts occurred due to life experiences, trauma, and personal growth.
I took both tests on Dr Jordan Peterson's website, Understand Myself, where you can also explore your personality traits using the Big 5.
Through this journey, I explore how mental health diagnoses and personal evolution can change the way we see ourselves. This episode is for anyone curious about personality psychology, self-awareness, and neurodivergence.
